Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager with expertise in implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and MIS (Management Information Systems) systems, with a preference for experience with Zoho. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in streamlining business processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving organizational growth through the successful deployment and utilization of CRM and MIS solutions. As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing workflows, improving data management, and enhancing customer relationships across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of CRM and MIS systems, with a focus on Zoho, to support business operations and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop implementation plans.
  • Configure and customize CRM modules and MIS reports to meet the specific needs of different departments and user groups, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM and MIS functionalities, best practices, and data management procedures, fostering adoption and maximizing system utilization.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize system effectiveness and user experience.
  • Analyze business requirements and system capabilities to recommend and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow optimizations to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM and MIS vendors, managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure timely support and resolution of issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM and MIS systems, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business operations management, with a focus on implementing CRM and MIS systems, preferably Zoho.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading CRM and MIS system implementations from conception to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, training, and support.
  • Strong technical proficiency in CRM and MIS systems, with expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including end-users, department heads, and executive leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and process optimization.
