We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in hiring from Engineering services companies. The ideal candidate will have a background in Automation or Design Engineering, enabling them to effectively identify and attract top talent within the industry. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our organization, with a focus on acquiring skilled professionals from engineering services backgrounds. This role requires strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the engineering services sector.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent from engineering services companies, with a focus on Automation or Design Engineering roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill those needs efficiently.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, and industry-specific events, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate smooth hiring processes and promote our employer brand.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive insights to inform recruitment strategies and enhance our ability to attract top talent.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruitment role, with a focus on hiring from engineering services companies.
  • Background in Automation or Design Engineering preferred, with a solid understanding of technical roles and requirements within the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those related to recruiting and hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in talent acquisition or human resources management.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with lean recruitment methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
