We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with expertise in international branding and a proven track record of success in the ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) or services industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, creative flair, and a deep understanding of global marketing trends to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth on a global scale. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to position our company as a leader in the ITES sector and expand our brand presence across international markets.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and generate leads in international markets, with a focus on the ITES and services sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in target markets, informing marketing strategies and positioning decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles, to showcase our company’s value proposition and expertise in the ITES space.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media channels, and online advertising initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates among target audiences.
  • Oversee the development and execution of international branding initiatives, including advertising, PR, events, sponsorships, and partnerships, to strengthen brand equity and credibility in key markets.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in international marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with senior management to drive continuous innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on international branding and the ITES or services industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with experience managing digital campaigns across multiple regions and languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and storytelling, capable of developing compelling messaging and content that resonates with international audiences.
